Located in the heart of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Lancaster Brewing Company was founded in 2001 and has since made a commitment to producing quality craft brews and premium maltbased beverages. The company actually operates under Reinheitsgebot - a historic German law mandating that only malt, hops, yeast, and water be used for the preparation of beer. This brewing tradition marks Lancaster Brewing Company’s dedication to producing the purest and most traditionally styled craft beers possible.
The company took the place of an old tobacco warehouse, and is now the rustic home of the brewery operations and an award-winning restaurant named Walnut Street Grille. With a variety of foods ranging from Chicago-style deep dish pizza, babyback ribs, Maryland crabcakes, and lamb burgers, the restaurant is the perfect stop to enjoy a delicious meal with Lancaster’s premier handcrafted beers.
Master brewer Bill Moore has a strong commitment to quality and uses advanced brewing techniques to produce consistently premium craft beers. Moore brings over 20 years of industry experience to his position at Lancaster Brewing Company, having run some of the top breweries on the East Coast. He anticipates an exciting future for the growing brewery, and enjoys building upon the Lancaster brewing tradition.

1/2 cup liquid from dill pickles
1/4 to 1 small onion, chopped

dill weed to season - Wash and cut up the unpeeled potatoes. Put in a pot with hot water and 1 tsp. salt, and bring to a boil. Boil potatoes for about 10 min., until just tender.
